how to invest 50k

Hey guys, Me and my Wife have saved up 50k, they are ready to be invested, the problem: We are too young so we don't have credit, I don't have a w-2 because I am an immigrant and My wife is still in college.

We are looking to buy some Real Estate to make cashflow, we want to start up with buying a duplex or a couple Airbnb's but we have never invested in Real Estate so I don't know if thats the best way to go. We are looking for some guidance to make a decision, and I know BP forums are known for doing that, thank you !

Luis, if you have not been listening to the podcast, I would start there. Listen to #352. Diego Corzo was in the kinda the same situation. Very interesting listen. Also. there are lenders who can work with immigrants. I do not know all the ins and outs, but they will. Good luck!!
