Looking for a good, good Insurance company. We manage a portfolio over 10 multifamily properties. We do BRR to Buy and Hold no need to sale for that DSCR loan strategy, your partner should be the bank. Interest is a bit high but you don't share profits.

I don't need an agent I need and owner someone that can see the whole picture

No damage done yet but like relators, there are good wholesalers and  Just wholesalers. 

You need to do the duediligence to make sure you are working with the right ones. 

We are a group and one division do wholesaling,  we buy from them all the time and Multifamily buildings too. We have a Real Estate company and we accept assigned contracts from them ... they have a data base more active than clicks on Zillow.... They sell faster. 

They are wholesalers. No buyer to assign the contract to they will cancel.

Best way to do learn is do, 

This company is showing investors how to do it.  They are showing a Multifamily that they bought with a group of investors. With Crowdfunding. The best is that you are part of the investment not just a passive investor. I met them in their investor club. 

I will send you information directly, not to sound like propaganda. 

Join local investor club be around like minded individuals...

Is low you need 500k plus cost to close. 

500k 20% I buy a 2.5M property...

Capital need it is to high, your cash on cash return is looking to low.

I back up this statement.

My advice would be to read the Bigger Pockets’ book First to a Million (and the workbook). 

It’s written for young aspiring investors just like you.

Reading the right book is the best first step to do.

Go to local Investor clubs,  you will find good investors willing to share their experience. And some vendors trying to make you buy something. But they will have to explain the services at least you learn. 

WE go to the Squadron Investor Club by Miami Airport there are some military colleagues from Southern Command Doral.

Best way to learn is ask but you are asking for a path of investing. 

Find it yourself self you will learn more advice go to local Investor clubs, and you will find people with all these answers some will sell you a service and some will tell you their experience.

You will end up with good relations and the information.

She is a bumble bee, she keeps growing looking for good opportunities, friends and partners. 

PS: do it, do it, do it  use other experiences till you build your knowledge.

I love Heloc put all your income there; use credit card right get a 2% cash back that is a 24% a year return plus the interest you are saving in the Heloc.  Keep putting a steady payment in the heloc to run down the principal to have money for you next deal. 

Go to local investors local club great to network, find deals find private lenders and Learn.

Welcome to bigger pocket.  House hacking should be part of the school system. 

Is the path to wealth. House hack, Duplex, Fourplex,  8 plex  Apartment building. 

Look for Real Estate Investors Local Club,  find the team you need to keep growing. Aim for the sky... you will reach the ceiling.... 

Learn from the ones buying Multifamily and you will do house hacking with no problems.
