Real State Mentorship program

Hello, this is Leo I am a new Real State investor in Miami, FL. I am totally new with fix and flip strategies and I am considering mentorship programs but I am not sure if they are worth it. Programs I been looking at are The flip secret from Jake Leicht, Flip system from Antoine Martel and Deal Flow from Camron Cathcart- it seems he has partner with Brandon Turner. Any feedback on this programs will be appreciated. 

Has anyone from BP joined any of these programs?
