Looking for partners to keep building Portfolio. We own 12  units in the area. Are group is looking for investors to share strategies to buy to sell deals. The only bad thing I can say about Multifamily investing is why I didn't start earlier. 

And we all know the answer fear, lack of knowledge or experience,  don't know how to run the numbers, don't know loans, need a construction team.  And the least keeps growing  till you buy one... 

WE think differently lets buy today. NO tomorrow,  today  you need capital great lets find it here in Bigger pockets,  you need deals great lets check classified BP.  All you need is a like-minded team,  not someone selling seminars, webinars bla bla (great for information but not to take action.)

Then you just make money, build wealth and pay less taxes.

I will do the numbers again   Profit is  less than 50 K and the project is 900K

And that is without surprises and when you do flips always there is one.

Great path 

Learn in this community.  Read about house hacking, the best thing you can do starting tomorrow since you are young. 

Then go into the market fora triplex, Fourplex find investor local clubs.

You need 5% down and total Income(more that one person) 10Kk to buy a 600k triplex. 

Or you get owner finance and you start you journey to build wealth.

I go to the one in Squadron Restaurant  Multifamily deal GRoup being around for some times. 

Great meeting  every 2 Tuesday  next Tuesday there is one see you there.

Guys is the old rule 80/20 

We are STR and buy and hold (that how you build wealth) group.

So we come across people that want to buy more to do Airbnb to do pat-split etc.. 

and the other 80 I am frustrated. Check the MLS selling Multifamily 50% are furnished and remodeled. You don't furnish to sell that is rental gone bad.

The question is why it went bad? and most of the time is bad management, bought the wrong price, Interest and Insurance to the roof and, I cant get out the Bridge loan to do a DSCR loan etc ...

Simple hands on, work do research and minimize risk.
