Hello guys, sorry it took me a while but I've been busy training and learning this week. I have asked around and from what I have gathered the rental market in Las Vegas continues to do good. Vacancy rates are around 8-10 percent on apartment homes and rental properties. Like what everyone in this forum has said it's all about the quality of people on your team. I want to be one of your team members and I wish you the best in your business.
