Just scan and send it to the seller and make sure you clarify when they are expecting to send it back to you. You never just want to send a contract out and leave it open ended for the seller to just hold on to it until they feel like sending it back. 

Upfront agreements will make your life much easier.

I used click2mail for postcards and I also used yellow letter companies. I now use my local print shop for all my direct mail needs.

The truth is any local reputable print shop can generate these letters/postcards or mail pieces in general for you at a fraction of the cost You would obviously have to bring them your own mailing list.

I'd recommend you look up your local mailing print shops and either stop by and talk to them or call them. Bring in a sample letter or your desired mail piece and ask them to work with you if you plan on mailing consistently.
