What your favorite list is for targeting motivated sellers. i'll start .... Mine is Absentee Owners with a sub-list of evictions on a weekly drip for a month on the evictions. What's yours? Luis

I've only had success with absentee but haven't tested many others yet. It is a reminder you need to try, measure and compare to really see what is successful.
