Disclosing Personal Interest in Tennessee
Hey Guys - so my Finacee and I are moving to Tennessee. I'm currently a licensed Realtor in Florida, so going to get my license in Tennessee as well. I saw something that stated I couldn't negotiate the purchase of my home for me and my Fiancee because I will have a personal interest down the line (we're getting married). Is it true that as a licensed agent, I cannot negotiate the purchase of the home we are buying?
Any insight is helpful!
