What I would do is find literature that explains what an earnist money deposit is, in detail and send it to him.

Jermaine here, always always always have a hard money lender is part of your team, you want to find out what their lending criteria is and also get a preapproval letter

Jermaine here, there is a lot involved in hardmoney, you meed to take some time to educate your self this form of lending. Hardmoney is what I use.

Jermaine here, $200.00 is cuting it a little close, I would feel better with $200.00 a door or $400.00.
