Ben Leybovich What price per square foot are you seeing in Ohio for formica vs. granite (installed)?

Will Barnard Those are my gut feelings as well. How much are currently you paying for your granite out in California (installed)?

Just curious what everyone's take is.

Is it worth it to spend a little bit more to have granite countertops installed in the kitchens of your rental houses? Will it help you secure a tenant faster? Can you charge a premium rent if the comps. don't have it? Is it more durable over the long-run than the alternatives?

What about the bathrooms?

Would love to hear your opinions on the above questions; feel free to add more to the discussion.
