Hi everyone. My name is Jeramie Casiano and when it comes to real estate background, well I bought a house in 2010 and that's about it.

I currently live in the Houston,Tx area and I am a firefighter for the city. I currently work with people who have multiple rental properties around the area and in other cities. Seeing there success has pushed me to this step to look into the world of real estate investment.

My goals are to hopefully get my feet wet and flip or rehab a house by the end of the year. I also am trying to understand the wholesale thing.

Being a city firefighter we don't make very much so I have limited to no capital. So hopefully by reading this site and absorbing other peoples knowledge I'll be able to flip or rehab my first house by the end of this year with very little.

Look forward to learning
