Just a little curious :)

What's the most you've seen someone cashflow from multi-family?

@Brian Adams Wow, how much are you putting into the syndication itself?

@Jim K. Literally travelling everywhere.

@Theo Hicks Thanks for the response. I wish to pursue multi-family. Right now I'm saving up for a fourplex hoping to get another soon after that. I haven't totally figured out the complete gameplan yet but I want to be in the commercial real estate scene by around year 3 or 4 and scale up to around 100 units at a time but I'm at a start. :)

@Salvatore Lentini Wow, thats insane! Whats the biggest number of units you've bought at once?

Hi all,

So I'm on the brink of starting my real estate investing career after studying both residential and commercial for the last year or so and I'm wondering if it would  be a realistic goal to have 300 units cashflowing at least $180 per door (living off of $54000 a month).

I'm asking this because in 10 years I would love to look back at my goal journal and see what I have accomplished.

Thank you.

Hey all,

This is my first actual property and so far it's going great. I'm house hacking and wondering if I should take out the $60,000 refi and pump it into a fourplex? I know it's a big jump and thats why I ask for your opinion.

Thanks.

Hi all,

I was wondering how I could get a US mortgage on a US property without being a US citizen or living there. Do you have any ideas?

Thanks,

Rob.
