I have a seller that wants to sign up with me but he signed the Purchase and Sale agreement with his original realtor and he wants out of the agreement with her. Can he still sign with me even though he signed with her? How does that work? :roll:

The world is changing Jordan and more women are taking charge on their careers. We have always lived in the man's world where they support the female. Now, more and more women are having to take charge of their own because they too can do the job. I'm surprised you're taking your wasted energy on evaluating the percentage of the working women. Business is business.. It's not personal. Get used to it because you're gonne hit every women you deal with in the real estate business.

I'm proud to be a career woman. We live, learn, take care our family and succeed in personal and business life. Yay for women! Don't worry the men are in with us too. We love them too. Business is business ;)

Have any of you wholesalers ever got cold feet when doing something new and going out for the first time to find houses and talking to owners?? Does it get easier as you build up your knowledge of doing wholesale and talking to people. :roll: I'm starting up a wholesale business and short sale so I just want to get a feedback on what it was like for you guys when you started it out.
