Heres an idea if you know anyone outside the states let them know about biggerpockets so they can benefit from all the knowledge being passed around! Good Luck and enjoy all the knowledge!!

Hey there Peter,

A little fast to be jumping in to a deal don't you think? I mean wouldn't you like to get to know as much people from the community and get advice and knowledge from them first? Well enough of that and I would just like to say thanks for your time and enjoy biggerpockets!!

Hey there James,

I think this is a wonderful idea and will help smooth things out for our new members as they join biggerpockets. I know for a fact when i first joined biggerpockets I was like a chicken with it's head cut off and had no direction. It's are veterian members like James that make biggerpockets a better place to exchange opinions and advice. Once again James a wonderful idea and it will make things a lot easier for everyone, thank you for your time and have a wonderful biggerpockets day!!

P.S. are you going to edit the numbers of members with each coming month that passes?? (lol)

thanks John,

But the fact of the matter is that I do not expect to be reimbursed for the exspense I plan to pay! And I plan to pay off any and all current liens that exsist on the property itself. The reason being that I plan to do this is plain and simple: My grandfather worked all his life to pay off that house and one of my moms brothers came in and convinced my gandma to get him a loan and he never made good on it. Now my grandmother is going to loose the house unless I step up and do something. In short I don't want to sell that house it's my grandfathers house and it all ways will be. All family members came to an agreement that if I decided not to sell the house then none of them would have anything say about it. Now I am stuck with how I should hold title and what exactly it is that would be the best route for me to take. Sorry if I wasn't clear when I first asked what I should do but I do hope this response helps out a bit! Thank you all for your time and have a wonderful biggerpockets morning!

P.S. Thank for the response John it's all ways a pleasure to hear what you have to say!!

Hey there Blue,

I was only letting him know so that he can build a relationship with an appraisal company. Cause even comps from mls (I forgot to mention mls it slipped my mind my appologies) are not all ways on the money and if you can build that relationship it would be much easier! And blue you might want to rethink how you approach people they might find it real offensive the way you approach them.

Thank you for your time blue and have a wonderful day!!
