Jonathan. Thanks for reaching out. I think the tenant would probably move out. But Hey if you want I can be your boots on the ground in this market and I am more than happy to help you locate and find a tenant at the actual market rent of $1,100. Even at that price it will still rent quick due to the demand to rent in that area. Hope that helps.
