Morning! I'm on the find your property step! I've been learning for years, chose a niche (single family) and strategy (buy and hold), created a plan (BRRRR in Tulsa,OK and DFW,TX) and now looking to find properties. Will definitely read comments for more ideas!

Hey guys! Nope, I'm still on the lookout! I was recommended to also seek out the advice of a CFP maybe instead of a CPA for investing as well, but still no name. Around this time of the year, I'm always trying to figure out how to get it done! Any luck on the CPA search? 

Thanks @Curt Riffel! I'll be sure to do that! It seems like this time of year I'm already thinking about tax time and investments and just now circled back to this post! Appreciate your help so I will start my search right now!

Mine was on my primary residence. I decided to install floors myself and...... MAJOR FAIL and waste of time! It pays to know your limits and ask for help lol.

@Robert Washington I used Airbnb for the past 4 years to vacation rent my home. As of January, I have a one year lease in place. I'm expecting my 2nd little boy anyday and traditionally landlording has been more hands off than vacation renting landlording! I just need the breather and then will either go back to vacation or corporate housing renting or continue to get long term tenants after her lease ends in December. 

@Gregory Hatcher Agreed! I'm with you there. I have my primary residence and a rental. One FHA and one conventional loan. I'm maxed out as far as personal loans for banking and don't have a W2 income.
