Currently not working with a realtor, just trying to find deals myself.

Hi everyone,

I have had multiple offers from family members to go in 50/50 on a house.

These would be all cash flips.

Sounds great having the backup but does this ruin relationships if things don't go as planned?

I have been considering obtaining a realtor license. I am aware I do not need one but I was thinking that having one would give me a certain advantage when it comes to new business opportunities, networking, accessing investment deals first. Have any of you obtaines a realtor license and how did it help you out with RE investing.

Hi everyone, just thinking outside the box here. Anyone with a business that has used their "business available credit" to purchase real estate? What bank or loans do you apply for?
I do have an LLC and im just building up the credit. Any other way to do this besides credit cards? thanks.

@Jaron Walling this property most definitely will cash flow. I like your mindset "Either the deal is good and you get under contract or you walk away and keep looking ". Thanks!

My realtor just emailed me the Multiple offers notification, she asked me to submit my best offer by Saturday. Running some numbers on the BP calculator for fix & flip.  Anyone have an idea of usually what percentage more to offer,  what has worked for you?
