Yes , be careful.... they will s*ck out your money and don’t give a F.

if you are newbie and try to looking for advise /deals on BP forums.

there are people  nice to you ....

but there also many people(professionals) finishing newbies and just want to take out money of you ,they don't care nothing but just want your money.(I want to use the F words ,but i gotta behave my language although I m so mad)

 be careful....

I want to expose the contractors/professionals who 'F' me up ...

I hope that what happened to me don't happen to other new investors with their hard working money get' F' by those people.

its already done,i have removed contingency on inspection and finance , i will have to buy this house no matter what. now is just waiting for property management to get in to it and hire contractor to rehab .
