Hi BP Community!

My husband and I are trying to create our own brand for real estate under a brokerage, and we are having a hard time getting anyone to reach out to us through our facebook business page. I was wondering if anyone can provide tips to improve our page and strategies to build a strong online presence? If you are interested in taking a look at our page for feedback purposes, I will inbox you the link (Since its not allowed on the forums) . We do have a few buyers but we would love to start getting listings. Any information would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi BP Community!

My husband and I have been working to network and build our team. Yesterday we met with a loan officer and the meeting went really well. Today we are meeting with another loan officer as well. My question is, is it a thing to work with more than one loan officer, and if so, how do you do it in a way that is fair? Do you tell them that you are working with another loan officer?

I want to be sure that I am not stepping on toes.

Thank you!

Hi BP Community,

My husband and I recently received our real estate license and we are working on creating our own brand within the brokerage we work for. We noticed that everything is pretty outdated in our office (including the listing presentation). Are we able to create our own listing presentation with our logo and with the brokerage logo on the cover page only?

Thanks!

Hi BP Community!

I was able to get a lead to answer their phone, finally! When I ask them questions about their interests and what they are looking for, they are extremely specific and do not have much wiggle room. How do you get buyers to become interested in areas that are outside of their desired locations? It is a bit difficult to find what they are looking for when they are set on a specific price and area.

Thank you!

Hi BP Community!

I will be a licensed real estate agent very soon! The company I will be working for is very well connected. I had a conversation with the owners of the company and they are aware that I really want to focus on flipping, and they had mentioned that they have lenders that they work with to do their flips.

I am trying to prepare as much as possible and was wondering when I do get to the point on meeting with these lenders, what do I need to put together to present the deal to them? Does this differ between lenders? is there some similarities?

Thanks for your help!

@Patrick Britton, @Mike Cumbie, @Daniel Latto, @John Knisely

I appreciate all of the input.  I will put all of this to use and not overdo it.

Hi @Mike Cumbie,

Thank you for your response. That definitely makes sense. I would assume that I would provide this information on my personal social media page and once I get licensed I can transfer over to my professional page?

Thanks!

Hello BP Community!

I am currently working on getting my Real Estate License (2.5 weeks left of classes). As I am approaching the end of my classes and preparing for the exam, I have been telling people that I am working on being licensed by mid/end October so if they or someone they know will be looking to buy/sell to keep me in mind.

I pretty sure that I am limited on how to market myself since I am not licensed yet, for example, I was told to hold off on the social media until I become licensed. So I was wondering what are other strategies I can use to start getting attention and start building up my name?

Thanks in advance!
