Reminder:  Tonight...San Angelo Meet Up

Hope you guys and gals can make it.  Would be great to meet you and converse with like minded individuals in this area. 

Fast Eddies off Sherwood Way, 7pm, area to left as you enter the main door.  I'll have one blue balloon at the table to identify my husband and I.     This area will allow for about two hours of quiet for us.   Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

San Angelo Meet-up

After scoping a few places, I've chosen a place for our meet up this Saturday, January 30th.   I'll send a private message to those on my colleague list.   Anyone else interested in attending, then please leave your email here so I can send you details.   Spread the word for investors, wholesalers, RE Agents, and reps with investor friendly title companies.

Newbies in San Angelo area looking to work with a real estate agent willing to share comps or sales in this area.   In return, we can refer those home owners who we talk with that prefer to take their time and sell the traditional way to you.    Every home owner and situation is in need of a different solution so therefore we can help each other help them.   

Also, I'm scheduling a meet up for the San Angelo are next Saturday, January 30th around 7 pm.   No location chosen as of yet.    To those investors, wholesalers, flippers, investor friendly title companies and so on, that want to network in person in this area.   Please contact me or respond here.   Whether 2 of us or 20 of us, the meet up will happen.   I've seen posts where some wanted to have a meet up but never happened as far as I know.   Let's do this!

Let me just say, driving to Dallas from San Angelo this week was well worth it to attend the Roddy Roundup meeting.   We brought back so much helpful information. 

@Don Petrash, thank you for the reply.  We agree, now is a great time for investors in San Angelo and we can definitely contact you for some deals.   Is your interest in single family homes, multi unit properties, or both for this particular area?   Are there other wholesalers or investors you currently working with in the San Angelo?  Let's definitely keep in touch.

We are new to BP and investing.  Trying to learn all we can and find BP very helpful.   My husband (also on BP) and I are looking for meet up groups in the San Angelo Texas area.  If there are not any, then we will create some.     We are anxious for tomorrow as we are attending the Roddy Roundup in Dallas.   We feel it will be well worth the long drive.  I've seen it recommended on BP to find a mentor, so we hope to do this.       Looking forward to meeting new investors, buyers, wholesalers, flippers, and real estate professionals.    

Robbie, My husband and I also attended a seminar which I'm sure is the same one. We did not have the funds for the 3 day seminar but we also did not feel completely at ease with it either. Looking up reviews online led us to bigger pockets. We are intrigued by the different concepts of investing. Thus, we are also in the beginning stages of becoming investors. We are wanting to start with flipping houses in the West Texas area. Also looking for advice or information on how to. Good luck. Lisa.
