@Jacquelyn Sarpong, did you find out more information on wholesaling in multiple states? Such as tax ramifications, registering as a foreign LLC in other states other than where your LLC is, etc.... I've been wondering the same thing lately. I've put a hold on doing more wholesales since we move around the US a lot. I've like to be able to do a wholesale or two in each location we move to (based on my husbands job assignments). Thank you for sharing any information you have found out.

Leland Barrow, Thank you, as that is the helpful type of advice or information I was looking for. Just thought I'd ask on BP since asking questions and friendly networking is encouraged here. Didn't know investors on BP were against each other. If that's the case, you shouldn't be on BP.

Leland Barrow , please elaborate. You collect other investors signs? I've lived in NB and SM also so that is irrelevant to me. @ everyone else, I'm looking for advice and/or experiences. I did not post this for negative feedback. Positive feedback or actual helpful information is appreciated.

Anyone in New Braunfels TX or San Marcos TX areas have knowledge of what is allowed or not allowed in regards to bandit signs in the city limits and outside city limits?

A little late into this post but here is an interesting question. When setting our criteria to that mentioned by @Dev Horn I obtained really good results. Thank you!

However, strange thing is I obtained 2576 houses without a filter for number of bedrooms. When I selected to filter only 3-4 bedroom SFR's my count dropped to 177. I even tried 2-4 bedrooms and received a 178 count. Did I possibly do something incorrect? I am searching three zip codes, SFR's, 41-100% equity, absentee, value of 51k-300k, excluded corporate owned, and property address complete.

Just found this.  Darn wish we could make it, but we can't.  I'll try for next month.   In the meantime, any other meet ups you know of in the next week or so?   Thank you

I see you never received any feedback posted here.  Did anyone private message you on this?  I'm looking for the same type of information for almost the same scenario.    Send me a message.  Thanks.

An individual contacted me about buying his mobile home on private land (not in a park).  He is not soliciting this MH/land and he owns both free and clear.    I would intend to wholesale the MH & land together to a buy & hold investor with cash.    Has anyone in Texas completed this type of deal? If so, do you mind advising me on what steps to take.   Feel free to call, email or respond on my post here.
