YOU PAY $5,000 flat fee  to him and finance the house/rehab and he says.....

Here's how: I will help you buy a house at a wholesale cash price, which gets you the absolute best deal. Once you own the house, my construction team will manage the rehab, updating you as the project goes along. The goal is for you to be all in under 75% LTV (loan to value). Once we have it rehabbed, we turn it over to our rental management company which will get it rented and then take over the maintenance and management of the property. Finally, once all that has happened, you refinance the house for 70%-75% ARV, meaning most of your original investment gets refunded by your loan, and the rent pays the mortgage every month. Essentially you end up paying yourself to buy a house! You truly do get to have your cake and eat it too!

County tax assessors office 
I can go on the county site and see  org. mortgage information, tax bill etc.
 County Records will give you records for $4.00 (depends on county)
I have literally googled address and have had owners name, phone etc. Come up 
Then used that to check tax records ,as sometimes the property address and or parcel # is not found. Just an extra way to get information.

You can get away with living in a shed if it's behind a already established house 

It cannot  be  in a  subdivision .

Has to be on your own land 

Put evergreens around the property, makes good  camouflage,and/or a tall fence. 

How is anyone going to no if it's an office/workshop etc. 

Unless told.

Isn't it legal to Deny  an application  to someone on the sexual offenders (PERV)list.
Does that depend only if  the property is near a school /daycare etc.?
It's likely there will be  other tenants /neighbors with kids .
Are the state rules, the same for SFH,MULTI&APT Complex.?

I would like to live in one unit but both are rented  one till next jan. and other till feb.2017
Do I have to abide by current lease 
And terms as they also allow pets.
I realize people are not going to keep lease I'd I  stop allowing pets 
But if I go in and see they are causing a mess . I am wondering, what are my 
Rights as owner/landlord
Looking to make offer today .

HARSH !!These sheds are nicer than alot of houses being bought .I would live in a brand new nicely built shed ,over some of these crappy 100+ year old shacks they consider  a house.

I ran into the same Issue,with

 D T I.

I partnered up with a friend who had good DTI &credit .

The loan will be under there name . I will be  added to the loan ,later. 

Can do that at  closing or have to wait,Not sure if that depends on your state?

Any veteran want to answer that??

Sounds like the same Armando Montelongo scam .

I tried the credit card dispute. but they sided with them .  DUE TO CONTRACT .

even though I tried to cancel but no answer on phone till deadline passed.

 single mom Lost  $$. I still haven't paid it off,c redit dropped 113 points, because I have too much credit cards  /debt now.

The bad thing is I second guess who to trust ,so I
