Not true, you can buy a warranty deed from the owner without paying anybody off

Hi Scott, if you have NPNs in MN please send them to me. I'll make a buying decision within 1 hr.

Do you know anybody who I can purchase NPNs in MN only? I can buy 1st and 2nds

Wondering how many people on this thread have bought and sold notes? Because many of you make a lot of comments and I don't know if you actually bought or sold notes.

I have. Some of you make it into a big deal that requires a lot of education and compliance. My advise is to hire an attorney that specializes in notes and have attorney check everything. One doesn't need to know EVERYTHING, and to know everything is almost impossible, because laws always change. If you pay your attorney $320/hr and you make $1000/hr or more, don't waste your time researching all the laws.

I'm looking to purchase NPNs in MN only, if you have any sources that you know of, please share.

Hi, all.

I'm buying mortgage notes and judgments and looking for decision makers who can sell judgments from two largest collection companies: Midland Funding LLC (owned by Encore Capital Group, publicly traded Co) and Portfolio Recovery Associates.

If you have any contacts, please PM me or Pavel AT RealEstateLiquidators.com

Hi, all.

I'm buying mortgage notes and judgments.

Does anybody have any contact information about top executives at Midland Funding LLC or Portfolio Recovery Services? I called to customer service to both firms and was told that they didn't sell judgments, but I know that they do :)

Both companies are debt collectors, I'm looking to purchase judgments from them.

Thank you

Danny, start contacting Local Community banks (not big bank) and credit unions if you have money to buy notes. At small community banks you need to talk with a president or a person who is in charge of collections. I don't buy notes outside of my market and don't recommend it. Many people here might not agree with me, but it's easier to manage a note if you decide to foreclose on it, plus by investing into a local market you will have a better idea of the properties' values where you want to invest. It's easy, and dont listen to other people who say that it is hard. It's much easier than flipping houses. I would recommend to partner up with somebody on your first deal so you learn what to do. Good luck!
