Does anyone have contacts at Midland Funding or Portfolio Recover

Hi, all.

I'm buying mortgage notes and judgments.

Does anybody have any contact information about top executives at Midland Funding LLC or Portfolio Recovery Services? I called to customer service to both firms and was told that they didn't sell judgments, but I know that they do :)

Both companies are debt collectors, I'm looking to purchase judgments from them.
