I am interested in your leads. What is the best way to discuss this further?

Hello all,

I have been doing much reading in preparation of my business standing up and investing commencing. I came across FortuneDNA and their method of tax "guidance" we'll call it. Has anyone had any interaction with this company? Anyone have any feed back?

I think Ryan Henderson, has it right. It will be hard to avoid paying the down payment on an investment. If you can come up with that, it would help. Also I'm sure many of these individuals are well established in this game. That's the largest hurdle in my opinion is getting to that level. It may take a couple of years but the determined will succeed .

Hey Jason,

I'm in a situation similar to you. I have seen/read all these things about using everyones else money to fund your projects. I'm not going to say it's impossible but it certainly isn't as easy as it sounds. Now, once you have some numbers under your belt and a proven history more doors will open and investors will be more willing to work with you. With this as my thought process I have decided I must fund (at least the down payment) my first project. Hopefully the profits from that will launch me to where I want to go. This what you do have on your side....time. Even though your capital challenged, you have time to change that. Many that get in the game late with little capital face a steeper hill. All in all....GRIND!!! Make your capital. You are the only one that will make this work. Tuck the chin and lean into it.

@Anthony Johnson, I'm currently a customer with Wells Fargo so I'll look into it. I've heard of HELOCs what is a PELOC? Personal? And I'm guessing a BLOC is a Business line? How difficult is it to establish these? Thank you kindly.

From what I understand it does violate your Mortgage, because the deed is to you (personally) if you try to transfer it to your business it is a violation of contract.

Thank you Gents!

Similar topic. Is it more cost efficient to claim miles on your own vehicle or purchase one with your business and deduct that way?
