@Daniel Lynch

This is easy. No

If you need a reason

1. Family and friends off limits. Especially if your new to this game

2. Your to in experienced in handling difficult situations

3. If you have to ask on a public forum shows your second guessing already

4. If y’all broke up and she lets your brother move in and they pay on time are y’all still swapping gifts at Christmas?

No be your own bird. You can do it. Your just thinking about it cause you lack your own self confidence. Don’t give up believe in yourself.

This may sound odd it seems I see opportunities everywhere. I am always looking before I fall asleep and when I wake up. I can find a deal anytime I want. Some better than others. I had 20 of 65 paid for. I have built and sold over 300. I found myself bored with real estate this week. Considering some to my kids I can find more. does anyone else find themselves like this. Been doing this since 1992

@CJ M.

Pretty gutsy move

I was 26 I borrowed 6k on a credit card cash advance to make a down payment on a 3 bedroom house with a carport on a great side of town. My margin was about 100 bucks a month on a 85k loan. It appreciated so fast. In 10 years it was at 110k rent was up to 950. I still own it. Free and clear

@Bea Leichliter

So broke we couldn’t tell when Wall Street fell. Lol

I was looking at one of my old loans I just got paid off. It was 8 percent. I was laughing wandering how I made it. But the margin was just lower and cost were lower. So if your in some what if a little boom town you will be fine I think

@Rich Hupper

Yeah been there I use 5 banks
