HI all we live in northern Ontario were prices are still reasonable and investing possible. We also have been investing in the US for the last 7 years we invests in toledo and Detroit were the 2% rules is still possible in good areas and return are great. would not do this   you are in the potential of so many issues I may be spoiled invest in Detroit were we do nothing that is not at the 2 % rule   We cash flow from the go get even allowing for vacancy matienence and capital expenditures  not having those safe guards in  , in my  mind is just to wrisky

Your property manager should be able to tell you  but depends on what city and what area in that city

Hi  if you wold consider Detroit instead of Buffalo we could assist you we are finding for better returns in Detroit then we did in Buffalo
