Love toledo been investing there for 6 years  now have a great team on the ground could not be better. WE  do it from  Canada. More then willing to share what we have learnt with anyone who wants to chat

I love the toledo market we are in Canada and have been investing there for 6 years. We have a full team there including  contractors and property management. The team makes  this city even a better place to invest we  are now even selling turn key properties. Could not be happier with Toledo more then willing to chat with anyone who want to learn more about the city or how we work there

We invest in Detroit and Jackson  in both areas we are finding duplexes that are rent ready or very close to for that kind of money and the returns are great. More the willing to chat with anyone about what we are doing

WE GO OUT OF COUNTRY TO FIND GOOD DEALS. We invest in Detroit and toledo because there the 2 % rules still works and are more then willing to share what we do with anyone who want to chat

We invest in Toledo and Detroit where we get a huge bang for our buck. We can purchase properties in decent areas and still  use the 2 % rule. More then willing to share how we do it with anyone who wants to chat
