I've been looking at single family properties that have 3 bedrooms for around $200,000 and I'm trying to see what they would rent for. Any tips on how to find what a propery would rent for?

@Coban Scott

Rentcast.io is an extremely helpful resource that provides clean, visual rental comps.

Not sure if they're in Canada as well, but also not sure where you're looking :)

Hope that helps!
