Are you doing one this Sunday?

I plan to be more focused and organized.  I want to do weekly planning, monthly planning, 6 month and year planning.  However I still want to stay open to opportunities.  Also I want to be able to put my pride and ego to the side so I can become more of the student and listener versus the teacher and know it all.

What does the bold entail? If your business partner is doing the building. Wouldn't he do the permits, schedule etc?

My realtor, markets, sells and does the financing.
