equity Breakdown
I understand each deal is negotiable. However what should be my standard percentage if I am a realtor that finds a deal, close it, make sure all the paperwork is taking care of and EVERYTHING runs smooth on a rehab and flip. My partner will put up the money and design the house and work with the contractors and make sure it looks good. During this period I make sure everything else is taking care of including selling the house. What do you think is a fair percentage for myself?
