Thank you gays for your recommendations. As far as the attorney goes I’m looking for someone who works with Investor like as, and understands different aspects of Real Estate investing and is familiar with creative investments like “subject 2”, “double closing”,” wholesaling” and “flipping”. All so I need recommendation for Title company whit the same understanding and willingness to pull list of absentee property owners. Basically I’m in the process of building my team. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
