@Joe Crupi  I believe the search that we have set up is `or` queries. I don’t think that you are able to specify if you want to `and` args in our search. Hope that helps.

@Joe Crupi this was my project and I can help you out! You shouldn't be having a problem with the "contact seller" button, however, can you PM a screenshot of your computer or mobile browser so I can understand what you are seeing? Unfortunately, the new real estate marketplace is not available within the BiggerPockets app yet so you will not see any new posting in the mobile app, only on the mobile browser.

Hi! I have an inherited property in Sobieski that currently is empty. Unfortunately, a pipe broke this week and while the plan is to sell the property in the Spring, my question is: Does anyone have recommendations for a management company or advice for taking care of the home from out of state? 

@Bryon Jansen I believe you might have unsubscribed from Go To Webinar, which is how we alert attendees that the webinar is starting. If you PM me the email address you use to register, I can look into it, as currently, I have no idea how you would opt back in. However, a workaround is, at the time of the webinar visit biggerpockets.com/webinars and access the webinar from there.
