Thanks for your input, I thought it was a good Idea. I will continue to use this method to make me look good in the mortgage community. And I need to find a family member who's had a card for at least 2+ years and see if i can "RIDE" that train to good credit scores...

Me and a partner have been sitting on some property in South Phoenix
Up around 19th Ave. 4.3 Acres. (prime stuff) I'm thinking of doing the same.

Yes, When I was 25 years of age, Real estate was'nt even on my list of
"to do's" Man, I only wonder were I would be today if I would have started Real estate at 25.

Me too! I need something like this to boost my credit fast. I've now incorperated this in my prequalifications. When a customer comes to get
a mortgage loan and they have low scores. I've been explaining to them to seek a family member who has a excellent credit history on their credit
card and ask if they can be added as a auth signer. I'm waiting for some one to call me back so I can see if it works.
