Gday all, new here, aussie in the states in SC right now. I have NO experience in re but, I do have the drive and determination, as I do horse rescue and need something to fund it hahaha. Right now looking at 5 and so acres of land in SC with hopes to purchase, pay off early, and buy some more as investment, but live on one. Any and all info is appreciated, especially that info regarding bartering for downpayment on lease to buy options....... thanks and is nice to feel in such capable hands.
