Hi Syman, BRRRR Invest Academy is not affiliated with Bigger Pockets and I don't believe anyone owns the rights to BRRRR acronym, but I think Brandon Turner made it famous.

I'm in the program and the gold mine is in the network of other investors and the constant action from Nate and Jiries to continue teaching beyond what is in the course material. Nate and Jiries teaches how to capitalize on BRRRR, but they're constantly doing live feeds to answer questions for students, it's like you're constantly learning through case studies. I think it was worth every penny.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Weatherford.

Purchase price: $86,000

College home turned rental. It's still going strong today with property management in place since day 1.

When we purchased, we did a 20% down with conventional loan. But we took a cash out refi on it in 2017, so we have $0 in the home now.

Definitely RELIABLE general contractors. We've gone through a whole gamut of contractors and finally found one who is great with communication, skilled at what they do, shows up when they say they will, AND fair on pricing.

Very excited about all the new benefits. I recently joined as a Pro member mainly for the lease templates, and calculators. I was looking into subscribing to RentRedi and just heard the podcast about Invelo, so this is all very exciting! Thank you

I think it would be market specific on how tenants are looking. But we have found success posting on Zillow

Same. I had opted to get some funds dispersed to me back in May and still waiting.
