@Bruce Coleman, thanks. I just logged in and found the little tick marks where it opens up to more details. Thanks for the update. Previously, when I logged in I just saw all the numbers that were my initial investments assuming there were no payouts.

But just like AHP Fund, I would love to get a notice when distributions are made.

@Bruce Coleman yes, I have experienced the same with the new fund. I really liked the person who handled the AHP fund. From contribution to getting communications and distributions.

With Servicing, it’s been a little more of my time in getting contributions in, checking on monthly distributions (which are not there) ..

@Shiloh Lundahl

Here is a response to a person who messaged me...

Yes, I have invested with AHP going on a year now. They have been great to invest with and communication with them is awesome.

Currently, I invest about 10% of my net worth with them. I have my HSA, my roll over IRA, and an account I keep there for emergency funds. It's like clockwork, your dividend checks are monthly, although not on the same day each month. I chose the option to reinvest all interest in all my accounts.

I had opened an account with them with funds I was saving for my next property, and it took about 2 weeks for it to cash out. They said it is usually faster but someone that handles it was out of the office. But there is a terms and conditions saying they have 30 days in order to payout so I knew it could take some time.”

Hope this info helps!

We are set to close late November on a turn key. Where would you recommend parking the down payment and fees for it? It'll be about $25k.

@Kevin Allen  I don't believe so. I choose to just for the tax benefits. I can't leave numbers here but look up their company and they were very easy to talk to with all my questions. I'm signing my paperwork today to get it funded.

@EJ Concepcion to my understanding you should start getting monthly returns and opt to reinvest it. It is right away.

It was one of the best. It was really one of the only that focused on mindset. Really loved it. Such a smart guy at 26 years old! I really wish I smartened up earlier in life

Chris Seveney and Bob Malecki That is great to hear that you've invested with them and that Jorge is a well respected guy! From the podcasts that I've listened to featuring his company and his story he seemed to have a very honorable story. This is the answers I needed to invest a small portion of my funds to see how it goes. And Chris and Pari Thiagasundaram , I have heard that notes can be very lucrative. I'm going to really look into it. I'm rolling over my 401k into a self directed son and may go into notes. Thanks everyone for chiming in.

Marian Smith yes, crowdfunding is many people putting in funds to make a larger pool. For AHP, I believe the minimum is $100. When I spoke to the representative, he told me there are many that have a few hundred invested and many that have 100s of thousands. Actually, this is regulated by the SEC I believe. I've heard this company on several podcasts and toured by some big names, but the big names never mentioned that they have done of their own money invested in the funds
