Hope all is well,Who pays the broker and how does he or she get paid once they find a lender or when the deal closes? Thanks for your time

Hope all is well BiggerPockets Family I have a question I was about to close on a house and the title company resigned. Does any one have and ideal why they would do that?  Thanks for your time.

so 3% is standard for closing and it depends on the loan amount .
