What are the things I should be looking for during a home inspection, as well as from the Inspector ?

1. Make sure the inspector is licensed with state.

2. Is a member of BB.

3. Has certification from a recognized training source such as AHIT.

4. Member of AHSI.

5. Has liability insurance.

6. Verify just exactly what he/she will inspect.

7. Verify what they will not inspect such as septic, water well, foundation etc.
