Hello Every body, I'm in the progress on taking my first step in wholesaling properties and in need of help in finding some good areas to start. I live in the New York area were its kind of hard to find good deals at this time or i might be looking in the wrong places. 

Do any body know or can steer me towards some areas close to New York City that is promising to get my feet wet..

Welcome Chris, to BP were you can find what a newbie need to formulate his or hers mind in real estate. The forums is were you can find great info about flipping but before you go searching, you need to update your page with a picture and more about yourself so people can see what you're about..

woow that's one of many real estate problems that need to be solve but its hard to stay100% aware when people minds grow in a negative ways were it's uncontrollable unto one finds the remedy to control the situation, stay alert!!! 

This is a lesson to be learn for every body.

Sorry to read bad news I hope it never happen again to you or any body else..

zillow need to update more and correct errors on site like yesterday I came across this property and as I was reading through I got to a part were it was written 2 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms duplex home.. I probably found more errors than properties on site.. But wait there are others sites with the same problems too..so this leads into the conclusion.. They are good to use, but you still have to do your home work yourself to come up with the right analysis the right calculations and so on to be on the save side.

Back to topic I seen houses sold on site but don't know if they were through Zillow and if so I want know too...
