Hello everybody, my wife just became a realtor in the Bronx area and I'm a wholesaler who's looking for properties in New York City. We both are starting out trying to work together.

Question how can we help each other out as a tear.....

Ryan, Good work and great advice to others in need of inspirational motivation to make it happen in wholesaling properties.......

Nathan, welcome to BP looks like  your hands are full with responsibilities and becoming a investor is another challenge you have take on and balance too.

Its hard Nathan, but you can do it, take a time out and create a system or two to help you level yours life and goals on becoming an investor.

Also you might want to stop what you doing now and start over by spending more time on this site in the forms, you will find what you looking for or post more and read the comments and blogs base on list source hows and dos you will be surprise how fast the turn around might be...Good luck

i feel you, we have to keep working hard at it and make it happen the right way. I'm a newbie too in wholesaling when I first started on BP I didn't have no knowledge of wholesaling properties as the months went by being on BP I learn that wholesaling is about getting those numbers right, marketing, understanding rehabbing, having a good mindset and the most important one hard work..... Will set you free.....but be smart about hard work and create a system that will help you as you grow.....BiggerPockets was  created to help others by any means not  to cut no ones dreams down..some people forget they were once a newbie too.....

Can someone tell me where to find information on distressed homes in a certain area. How do I go about obtaining information from the county office in order to send out yellow cards? Any information is appreciated.

your answers are here, you just have to type in the search box about distressed homes

go to your county website by typing your county area and do the research....
