It's about time we get together again and see what everyone's up to. Spring is right around the corner, it's time to invest!

I’ve been investing in Bismarck-Mandan for the past two years. I’ve got multiple duplexes, triplexes, and quads. The deals are out there, you just gotta find em. I haven’t had the courage to purchase a larger complex yet, but if I can find something that makes sense I’ll definitely try for it!

I completely agree with @Derek Dame. It seems like everyone who puts their duplex on the market adds in their emotional attachment price to it as well around Bismarck/Mandan. lol. I'll put in offers on properties for what I need to make it work, and then I'll get realtors telling me there's no way they're accepting this. 

I do have multiple duplexes, I'm happy with them, and I'm pretty sure every one of them would outperform a SFH but I don't have any SFH's in my inventory and I don't plan on acquiring one any time soon. I'm not a fan of the 100% occupied or 100% vacant associated with the SFH.

I was just wondering if anyone has tickets for the welcome happy hour that for some reason is not going. I'd love to attend this welcome party, but unfortunately was late to the party to sign up & get tickets. If anyone has one that can't make it let me know! Thanks!
