I would like to start purchasing tax liens, any basic advise, how to get started, best counties for a newby to start with.  any good references where I can get easy to understand information?

I did it, I sent a check to purchase 8 delinquent tax liens in Arizona.

Now I wait patiently for the redemption of these.

My nest step is researching the TX process any comments or advise would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure you can answer, but I noticed a lot of tax liens on Condo's any advise on them?

I also saw liens that have been paid however still have a small balance owed,  Would paying the leftover amount for that year gain anything.  2013 paid $600 due $35,  2014 paid $600 due $43
