Hell,

Can anyone suggest a good source to find accurate absentee owner's phone number and or addresses? Most of my yellow letters are returned and the phone numbers I find on White pages are incorrect.

Have you tried looking up your county tax assessors site and they should have the owners name and address listed.  I would try that first since its free and they also have skip tracing companies but they charge and many times the information is false.  People die and move and if they were in trouble they don't put in a forward request.  The property records sends out the tax bill every year.  Another way is to hook up with the mail carrier on that route who may know what happened.  Also check with the neighbors on the street.  I have gotten information from them before especially if you are interested in helping the absentee owner.  Just a thought.  Good luck.
