@Salomon W. 2nd liens are available on DSCR. However that does depend on the CLTV. Happy to take a further look.

@Joel Diaz De La Rosa with DSCR and multiuse rates tend to be higher but that rate is the equivalent to a hard money loan. Happy to take a look on my end.
