@Alice Goodson The DSCR process is quite simple with low documentation however the rates are higher than a traditional bank for that flexibility. Although the deal closes in an LLC personal credit still matters. Happy to run some numbers for you.

Understood but you may want to consider the income you are missing out without rehabbing the apartments. Short term pain but long term gain!

Tough ask. I only know a few 2nd mortgage groups and this is outside of their lending area and/or funding amount. Good luck. Best option would be to try and get a new 1st
