Post: Buying "Subject To" in GA

Hi Guys, I have a couple of "Sub-2" deals I am working on in the Atlanta area. I spoke with an attorney yesterday that didn't recognized the term "subject to the existing financing" and I am not confident in her advice.

Are there any special stipulations in GA regarding "Sub-2" that I may be unaware of?

Can someone please refer a real estate attorney that routinely closes "Sub-2" deals in their office?

Thanks

Hi Amber, do you know of an attorney in Atlanta that can close "Subject To" Deals?

cheapreiwebsites.com offers a 30 day free trial. You can set up 2 squeeze pages(sellers and buyers) and 1 to advertise your inventory of houses for a total of 3. Not bad to start.

From my experience the best response and conversion from leads has to be yellow letters and bandit signs (provided they last more than a couple of hours)
