Good Evening bigger pockets,

I am a veteran that just recently heard of veterans housing, I know I would love to help a brother in arms. So I was reaching out to ask if anyone has experience as a veterans housing landlord. If so What steps did you take to get started and how tough was it to get started. I did reach out to the VA whom gave me the contact info to a representative in the area but it has been tough reaching her due to covid, any information in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.

@Coty Dolan outstanding! thank you

@Trent Stone Thank you for the info

@Whitney Hutten thank you I have planned on using my Va home loan to start

Good Evening Bigger Pockets community,

I am completely new to the real estate game. I have been researching a few different strategies and I have chosen to go with the BRRRR method going forward.Reason being I have a big family and I don't think house hacking is ideal for my situation.

What I am interested to know, is it possible to BRRRR a property you plan on living in instead of renting it out to a tenant? Has anyone done it and if so how did it work out for you.

@John Warren Thank you.

Hey bigger Pockets community, I am a newbie to the real estate game. I am looking to acquire property in the Philadelphia area. I am reaching out to inquire about using the VA homeloan and VA rehab as a start up for my first couple of properties. Has anyone done it? if so how? and what resources and information did you use to start.
