Loved the video, Brandon. Me and the missus are at step 1, the education phase. We're reading everything we can, especially on here, and we're exploring our local market and getting a feel for it. I attend local investor meetings to network and grow contacts/learn.

My biggest challenge is marketing, for some reason it doesn't come naturally even though I work in business development. I guess I need to understand the RI mindset more! Anyway, our plan is for me to be working our business full time by early summer '15.
