What about the Gas?  I currently pay for the gas and turnaround and charge the tenant for it. However the tenant has not reimbursed me for the last 2 months.  Can I legally remove it off my name?

Looking at purchasing an investment property in the under 60K range. Excellent credit and looking at put 20% down. However, most banks are not interested in offering me loans. I'm confused.
